Our Mission Statement
To provide veterans and current members of the military the opportunity to share friendship, camaraderie and assistance.
We are made up of Oregon Veterans from every conflict since WWII.
We've continued to grow over the years moving our breakfast and luch meetings to different places to accommodate our growth. We meet at Jake’s Diner in Bend, as well as other locations across Oregon visit our 'Events' page for more info.
Our meetings started with about 30 members and has grown to an organization of over 1,000 active members.
For more information about how our organization formed visit our 'History' page.
Every service and rank, combat and non-combat, Active, Reserve, or National Guard, all are equal Veterans...
...all are welcome to join the Oregon Band of Brothers.
In addition to having breakfast or lunch together and meeting as friends, we have been instrumental in community projects, Veteran projects, helping with creation of the Veteran’s Memorial on the Newport Avenue Bridge, and the designation of Highway 97 as the ‘World War II Veteran’s Memorial Highway.
